Refunds come through the http://payments.amazon.com access to your Amazon ordering account. You return our products through the Amazon returns policy unless the item was shipped from out Southfield Michigan warehouse and you then call 1 800-7004515 ext 0 for orders shipped from our Michigan warehouse. Amazon FBA orders use the return procedure by starting the return or refund procedure using the return link at bottom of all Holdup web shop pages. The normal Amazon.com account return process doesn't apply to our Holdup Web shop orders so you'll need the web shop order number when calling for a return or exchange..
Amazon Prime and Customer may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, except during the December holiday period. Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 31st. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
